Your account closure rights
Should you decide to close your account with City Index Asia, you can do so by writing to us at City Index Asia Pte Ltd, 6 Battery Road, #20-01, Singapore 049909.
If you have any open trades with us, your account will remain open until they are closed, filled or cancelled in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
Complaints procedure
Should you wish to make a complaint about any aspect of our service, you may do so by writing to the Customer Services Department or the Compliance Manager at the address above.
Trades executed outside of Singapore business hours
Please note that proposed trade instructions (and orders which may trigger for execution) outside of the normal operating hours of City Index Asia, may be routed to staff of associated group companies. We draw your attention to the fact that such staff may not be licensed by the MAS or any other Singapore regulatory body. However, the City Index group companies are regulated in all of the jurisdictions in which they operate and their staff observe the standards dictated by the local regulator. We are committed to providing consistent service at all times and appreciate your feedback should this not be the case. In all circumstances your legal relationship will remain with City Index Asia.
